You can return the products within 14 days of receipt of your order, without having to give a reason for your decision. The products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

In case of return by post, please enclose with the parcel a duly completed withdrawal form, which can be printed here. The date of withdrawal is the date on which the parcel is dated by the postal service provider. In the case of returns by post, the costs of return will be borne by the buyer. You will receive a refund no later than 15 working days from the day we receive the returned goods. You will receive a refund using the same means of payment as you used to make the purchase.
The goods are insured during delivery to the buyer. You must immediately claim any damage incurred during carriage from the transport company. When purchasing any equipment from the ReformX online shop, installation is not included in the price.
Please keep your invoice (proof of payment). The invoice is your guarantee for all exchanges and returns on purchases of products in the ReformX online shop.
