Keiser A250 Seated Leg Curl
The Seated Leg Curl engages the hamstrings in a seated position that supports the body well and relieves the lower back. Training at speed improves neuromuscular control and lowers the risk of injury.
Eccentric overload further strengthens the hamstrings. The A250 version is intended for studios and training rooms where the real-time performance tracking of the A400 line is not required.
