Product Warranty and Complaints

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to state a reason for your decision. Products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

If returning goods by post, please include with the shipment a correctly completed withdrawal form, which you can print here. The date of withdrawal from the contract is considered to be the date on which the shipment is stamped by the postal service provider.

In the case of returns by post, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The purchase price will be refunded no later than 15 business days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

The goods are insured during delivery to the buyer. Any damage that occurs during transport must be reported immediately to the shipping company.

When purchasing any equipment in the ReformX online store, assembly is not included in the price.

Keep your receipt (proof of payment), as it serves as your warranty for all exchanges and returns of products purchased in our online store.
