DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

The company does not have a data protection officer, as we do not process personal data to an extent that would require the appointment of one.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS

For the purposes of retail services and consulting, for exercising the rights and obligations arising from the employment relationship of our employees, and for the smooth operation of our business, we process the personal data of our customers within the limits set by data protection regulations, i.e. to the extent necessary for providing our services. The legal basis for processing lies in the performance of a contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations.

We maintain the following categories of personal data: customer's first and last name, permanent or temporary address, tax number, e-mail address, phone number, and other personal data of the customer required for informing about news and for other marketing activities.

In certain cases, we ask individuals for their consent to process their personal data when such processing is necessary for the purposes of informing, sending e-mails (Newsletter), and sending Publications from our website. For Newsletter sign-up, we use a strict opt-in system for prior approval of the use of the e-mail address, meaning we send e-mails only to persons who explicitly agree to receive electronic notifications.

In these cases, the processing of personal data takes place within the scope of personal data and purpose permitted by the individual's declaration, until revoked.

We also collect personal data of individuals when they visit our website, through so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that provide us with information about how often an individual visits our site and what interests them during these visits. Cookies themselves do not contain any data that would allow identification of the individual, but if you provide us with such data yourself, it may be linked to the data stored in the cookie. You always have the option to accept or

reject cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, which you can change in the settings so that the computer rejects cookies or you receive a warning before a cookie is

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place regarding your data.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

We do not disclose or transfer your personal data to organizations or companies headquartered outside the European Union, and therefore do not transfer it to third countries.

RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS

By written request sent to ReformX, d.o.o., Tržaška cesta 392, 1000 Ljubljana, marked "personal data", or to the e-mail address info@reformx.si, you may request:

• access to your personal data collected in connection with you;
• correction of inaccurate data collected in connection with you;
• restriction of processing of personal data;
• erasure of all data, if the conditions of Article 17 of the GDPR are met, or
• object to the processing.

We will respond to your request without undue delay and no later than one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by up to two additional months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, we will inform the data subject of any such extension, together with the reasons for the delay, within one month of receipt of the request. For the purpose of reliable identification when exercising rights related to personal data, we may request additional information from you, and we may only refuse to act if we can demonstrate that we cannot reliably identify you.

An individual may permanently or temporarily, wholly or partially withdraw their given consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The request may be sent to ReformX, d.o.o., Tržaška cesta 392, 1000 Ljubljana, or to info@reformx.si with the subject "personal data". Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

An individual has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, e-mail: gp.ip@ip-rs.si) if they believe that their personal data is being processed in violation of applicable data protection regulations.

PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIODS

ReformX, d.o.o. will process individuals' personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and only for as long as necessary to achieve the intended goal.

We therefore process personal data until the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, within the statute of limitations for obligations that could arise from the processing of this personal data, especially when the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract, or within the periods set by regulations. If personal data is processed on the basis of consent, it is retained until withdrawal.

After this period has expired, the data is deleted.
