Keiser A250 Seated Chest Press
In a free weight bench press the bar comes down to the chest and finishes over the shoulders. Every Keiser chest press repeats that movement, only in a comfortable seated position - which increases comfort and reduces the floor space needed.
The A250 Chest Press is Keiser's only bilateral chest press (both arms move together) and brings the benefits of Dynamic Variable Resistance to facilities with a limited budget.

Keiser Dynamic Variable Resistance
Keiser's Dynamic Variable Resistance is designed to provide a smooth, consistent force curve at any training speed. Each machine has its own resistance curve, tuned for the muscles used in that particular exercise. For the user it means training at maximum efficiency at whatever speed they work.
